I called several times to cancel account. I talked to a representative 1 time but did not have new insurance complete information. The agent said to call back with info. I called several times but could only leave messages. I did not receive return calls. I left account name, ID number, my phone number and to cancel insurance immediately (asap). I made all calls previous to beginning date June 6 to stop automatic withdrawal from my debit card.
I called today when I learned the company took funds from me. I was very upset. I asked agent to talk to manager and was told manager was not in as yet. I was promised manager would return my call before closing today.
Surprise, Surprise. Just like other business practices in their company, I did not get a return call. Today is Friday so that means I have to wait until Monday to talk to their "efficent" employees if I can get thru the maze of messages to a "real, live, breathing" representative.
I am now going to my bank to sign a complaint and request to have my money returned to my account.
I appreciate consumer complaints.com for the forum that allows us to alert the public about bad and fraudulent companies.
