I orderd jan 30 2 sticks of pc2100 1gb ddr memory and after waiting 2weeks i called and called. Sometimes they dont answert the phone. Finally they did. I told them i have not recieve the memory sticks then i got them feb 16 but something not right.
I put them in the computer checked them only have 997 worth of memory which is the total of 2 sticks of 512 memory then i called them again. No answer. I actually belive thata has caller id so they dont have to answer if they recongnize a certain number.
After calling no answer i pushed *67 then called 16264019974 then they answer. I told them the problem i was having i told them that both memory stick has a sticker on it which says pc2100 ddr 266mhz which is the type or memory i ordered for my computer. I told them the information was right but has the wrong sticks.
Then leon tells me that i ordered high density then tells me that i ned low density. He says he is gonna dend it out three day mail. I called monday feb 20.
Now its friday 24 nothing. I called all day they did not answer the phone. Strange only two indivuals works there to answer the phone leon and frank. Why no one else answers i spent 118.00 for both memory i ordered through pricwatch.com something needs to be done cause this is fruad and people spend to much money for something like this to happen to the and im madd as hell
