Failed to send refund in spite of numerous requests this is a rebate ripoff

I purchased a soyo pen drive through Tigerdirect.com. I made this particular purchase especially because of the rebate offered. I have attempted numerous times to receive a response from both Tigerdirect.com and soyousa.com, but no response has ever been received. Very disappointing to purchase something based upon a false rebate offer!!
