I purchased a Soyo barebones kit from TigerDirect that came with two rebates, the first being $20 and the second beiong $50. All the rebate form stated was to send in proof of purchase along with the UPC code. My box had two UPC codes on it. One was printed on the box, the second was a sticker. I sent both with the form. Recegied an email today stating that the UPC codes that I sent were invalid. Tried to call Soyo today 6:00 EST 3:00 PST their time. All I got was voice mail. Now before I sent off my rebate forms, I check every square ince of the box for UPC code and only seen these two. So what is a customer suppose to do when a company such as Soyo states that you did not send the right info?
