Ripoff Company charged me for items I did not want or agree to purchase Software was unable to download or istall on my computer.internet

Company charged me for services that I did not want to purchase. The item I did want would not install to my computer and when I tried to reach someone for an answer I could not reach anyone. My e-mails went unanswered.
