I bought an Epson ink jet printer with a $30. Rebate. After registering on line and mailing all the required paper work I got a tracking number to check on the status of the rebate. About one month later I got an e-mail stating that the serial number was invalid or not complete. I called the company in El Paso, Texas and was told to mail the serial number to Miami, Fla. That it had come to the wrong location. This same thing happened about two year ago with the same company, In other words they try and run you all over the world till you are so discourged that you will just give up and for get about it.
