The Intelliflix website boast's rapid delivery. I have found this to be untrue with delivery times being several days longer than what I previously experienced from Netflix.
Many of their movies come from the other side of the country - adding days to the delivery time.
I have written several complaints and even requested my membership to be cancelled with no response from them.
Their customer service seems to be non-existent. I am having to report them to my credit-card company for a refund of my membership due to what I feel is false advertising.
