I set up hosting with BinaryBlocks with the agreement of their CEO that he would update some files to work with his hosting equipment. They also guaranteed 24/7 customer support.
He never did.
Two weeks later, after not returning any calls, an automated email was sent out to all BinaryBlocks customers that, for the next two weeks, their office was relocating and they would be answering all support through email and for customers to leave a message on their voicemail.
The next day, their phone lines were disconnected.
It appears that this "company" is just a one-man operation and has fraudulently promised support when they clearly cannot.
The binaryblocks.com site is up and some of my other clients who have hosting there can still get their email and see their websites.
