For the last few months we have been sent charges for ring tones and a few other things. Only we do not have the internet access on our phones and have never had them and have never been able to download these things that keep showing on our bill. The charges keep getting higher and we want to know what we can do to help stop it from happening to ourselves and other people that are in opur situation.
We are currently trying to get hold of the company and demand that we be canceled and that they refund us for the charges on our bill that we have had nothing to do with. And if any one can give any information on how to go about doing some of this it will be greatly appreciated!!
