I used a free chip worth 41 real dollars. I play on that chip for a long time and ended up building it up to $400 dollars. There registration process to withdraw funds is ridiculous, but I did it anyway. After sending the same information several times and finally complaining they said that I could withdraw. So I sent a withdraw request via email (this is there protocal). Now I am locked out of there software. They say I have multiple accounts.
They didn't send this via email I had to contact them. There customer service is horrible. If I was you do not put any money with this casino. They are a scam. I am still waiting a response in regard to the multilple accounts issue which I am sure I will not get.
