I paid $77.00 for solo ads thru PayPal. It was paid for on 2.4.2002. On 2.5.2002 I emailed him with a copy of my ad, and requested that he advise me of dates that the ad would be sent and to what ezines.
I waited for a reply for over 2 weeks. Finally Chuck Mclellan emailed me back, saying that he had been out of town and would be getting back with me soon.
After over 4 weeks, and numerous request by email to either run the ads or give me a refund, I contacted PayPal.
PayPal has a 30 day window in which they will "try" to get you a refund. Since Chuck Mclellan knew exactly what he was doing by "putting me off" past the 4 week period, the only one that got screwed was me.
Screw me once, shame on you...
Screw me twice, shame on me...
Just remember Mr. Mclellan,

The next time you get screwed, just think of me. Thats you meeting yourself coming back around!!!
