On June 22 I ordered 4 Handy Caddys (Buy 1 Get One Free) expecting to pay $9.99 for two and shipping for four. The website did not permit changing an order and immediately charged me $71.72 for 4 and 4. Within minutes I called AsSeenOnTV.com TV and changed the order to 2 Handy Caddys and 2 Bonus Handy Caddys with a rep named Juliette (phonetic). My wife then told me we only needed two total - so I called again and changed the order to 1 and 1 bonus - this time speaking to Emanuel. Emanuel said the order would not appear on his system for 24 hours but he would change the order for me. On June 22 at 7:15 I received confirmation of the of the 4 plus 4 order from
CustomerSupport reporting@popais. Deskpilot.com with a bold statement
"DO NOT REPLY to this email, it is sent from an unmonitored email
box."
I immediately (7:53 PM) I sent the following email to [email protected] "Subject: Order 19615308 Confirming conversation with Emanuel. The order has been reduced to one and one free. Thank you for bearing with me as I changed the order from four to two with Juliana and then from two to one with Emanual. I misunderstood my wife."
The system is conveniently designed to not allow order changes.
UPS Tracking information reveals UPS received the package in Baldwin Park, CA at 8:09 PM on June 23 - twenty-four hours after I had notified Customer Service that the order has been changed.
