Ripoff Fradulent selling - sent false product and will not follow up on money back guarantee

I purchased their software online; after thirty days I received a homemade burned disc with no software on the disk. Right away I contacted the company to get my money back - with no help. I have since contacted this company twenty different times to follow up on their 100% satisfaction guarentee or my money back, all having no response.
