Less than a week ago, we started to get notices of a need to pay for something we didn't order on our computer. Neither one of us order this service. It comes up on our computer and we cannot even close it. I even deleted it from our control panel but it still comes back.
The notifcaiton utility then goes directly to a website and then it says that it is canceled but in reality it is not. On one of the pages it says to contact via email but you can not find it on the cutomer service page. I am being charged for somthing that I don't want, or even know about. There is no way to contact them, which if they are a registered address than that isn't right. I should be able to contact them and inform them that I don't want their services and never have, but I cannot. If you could find it for me that would help.
