Ripoff no contact, no info whatsoeve

I bought a pipe from them on december first and they still have my order as "processing". That isnt the part that gets me, it's that ive emailed them 3 times asking about the order and ive gotten nothin. I figured ordering on the first should guarantee that the pipe got delivered by christmas... Guess i shouldnt hold my breath.
