Ripoff-failed to deliver promised product, customer service nonexistant

I ordered product on the 8th of November and they said they shipped on the 10th. It is the 15th of December and I Still haven't received it!

Their customer service department is non-existant. They would never supply a phone number or a physical address. Now I know why. DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT do business with these people.

I had to go to my credit card company and initiate a refund on my credit card. These people are total ripoffs and I doubt the picture of their warehouse is legitimate.

I will never, ever buy from any new company again with out checking consumer complaints first!!!
