Ripoff Purchased McAfee Virus protection and did not receive product Many attempts to settle problem with no results Eden Prairie

I purchased McAfee virus protection online through a company called swreg. They have received the money from my credit card company, but I have not received the program. They said they would provide a web link to download, however the link doesn't work. I called McAfee and they said they could not help me because it was sold by an another company although it is a McAfee product. I have a receipt but no program.

This all took place on November 3, it is now the 24th. I think it has been enough time for them to settle this. They have my $69.90 and I have nothing but a credit card bill.
