I purchased an All access anti virus softwear program directly of [URL Removed] website, on the 4th November. Iw as unable to download the program. After two consultations with their technicians, i was still unsuccessful, and decided it was not compatible. Their contract states a 30 day refund policy. But on all my contacting them to get the refund they have simply stated that I must contact another company called winferno - who does not seem to exist as they do not answer any correspondance.
My contract is with Mcafee - therefore they are responcible for the refund.
