Harassing pop-ups demanding payment for an unsolicited service, with no options to resolve the issue or close out the pop up except to pay their one time fee of $19.95. I found movielands web site and pretty much went thru the same ride to extortion with the customer service options, until I emailed them directly (at the customer service kiosk) about my extreme displeasure with their harassment and extortion. They returned immediately after I hit send that all service would stop. Hopefully this will hold true. My word - Don't PAY!
