I bought a new Dell Computer, liked the idea of "Free" 6mo subscription to AOL. Thought it would be great for husband working out of state to have a dial up there. BUT I have problems with Windows 95, I can't get any type of customer service on the line, if they have such a thing. The humans I have talked to are very rude and not helpful at all. I want to cancel immediatly, but they will not give me a number to call to do this. Does anyone out there have an email or phone number I can use to get OUT of this horrible situation?
