I want my money back from this criminal!
After waiting months and months for my "authentic" Tiffany toggle necklace and bracelet I won for $600 at auction on eBay, Alisha L. Purdy ([email protected]) sent me fake Tiffany jewelry! I phoned her immediately upon receipt of the counterfeit goods and explained to her that I would be returning the fakes and expected a full refund...
... That was over a year ago.
She's evaded my phone calls and e-mails and somehow has managed to avoid being served with the legal Demand I've filed in initiation of my civil suit against her.
I know there are others that have similar stories — please contact me if you do! There's something that can be done!
I've hired an attorney to assist me in my recovery efforts, and I've also contacted the Sullivan County District Attorney's office. Paul Hans, an investigator with the ADA's office has asked me to compile all the information I can on Ms. Purdy and forward it on to their office for review.
