Alisha Purdy "guaranteed" that her Tiffany jewelry was "authentic" and I believed her. I bought a Tiffany set (necklace and bracelet) on September 1 on Ebay for $202. After I received the jewelry i noticed that the "set" was not identical. The silver chains were different color and styles on the necklace and bracelet. It was clearly not the real thing.
Alisha apologized and I FedEx'd the jewelry back to the address she gave me for a refund. I'm glad I FedEx'd it becuase I know that she received it at her parent's address (William and Kelly Sattler at 11 Center St.in Jeffersonville, NY 12748 phone: 845-482-4290). Her mother owns an Ice Cream Shop in town called Kelly's Kones (2 Center St. Phone: 845-482-4095).
After further snooping on the internet I found Alisha's home number to be 845-482-9064 the cell she gives to everybody is 845-866-5907 and does not take voice mail - not very helpful when it comes to customer service!)
I've left numerous voicemails with her family and on Alisha's email and she either ignores me or tells me about how she is a poor college student (SO AM I!!! And I'm not robbing anybody to make ends meet). I'm a nice person, probably too nice - a push over if you will. But It is now March 21 and I am still waiting for my refund!!!
