I believe that I have bought a fake Tiffany Heart Togle Necklace that I was led to believe was real.tiffanyjewelery.Us is a website that claims to sell authentic tiffany jewelery. I contacted them before I ordered... I was assured that my piece was authentic, they emailed back very quickly... As they waited to make a sale.
I paid $149 plus $10 shipping and handling. The necklace is too small for me, and I have emailed them twice so far, with no results, as I am sure they are avoiding my inquiries... I have asked both times for the to reassure me this is authentic. I even asked if they could provide paperwork for it... Still no answer. There is no phone number listed, which should have clued me in. I guess I was just too trusting.
The piece is beautiful. I just want to know that it is NOT a knockoff, and I would like to return it for a refund, or return the piece to be made larger. However, if this truly is NOT a real tiffany piece, I want it reported, and I would like for the company to face the consequences of lying to consumers who trust what they say. All over their website they claim that this is all authentic.
