CDI-Wholesale - Terry Beaman
Ripoff dishonest fraudulent eBay seller. The "you can hear a pin drop" bandit

Cell phone seller, CDI-Wholesale, appears to be a NY based business. He is doing business on eBay. On July 29th I purchased item #5793531663, a Motorola cell phone advertised as mint, near new, refurbished.

The seller offered a 7 day return with no provisions listed, in his warranty box. The phone was defective. It took 2 weeks the 1st time to get him to answer me and send a return authorization number. He sent me back the same phone with the same problems. I had copied the ser# before returning it. Another 2 weeks for another RMA#.

When he got it back he claimed he tested it and it was OK, so he would only refund the bid price minus 25% restocking fee. No provisions in his listing stating there was a restocking fee.

After 38 emails and 10 phone calls, I had nothing but a ton of lies, no phone and no refund.

I looked at his feedback profile again and noticed that he had 74 mutually withdrawn negatives, 63 nuetral but derogative, in addition to his 57 listed negatives. A real pillar of the community.

I contacted some of the buyers who left negatives and found that he was offering money to have them withdrawn, so that it would maintain his powerseller status and make him look like a good guy.

Wow, what a piece of garbage this guy is. Stay away unless you enjoy walking down the "alley of thieves" with your wallet in your outstretched hands.
