Liquidation.com lost my merchandise because they failed to update my address - I had updated my account online and verbally given my account rep. My new address. After many phone calls and over 2 months, they finally found my package.

After selling this merchandise on their website, liquidation.com deducted almost half the selling price in fees, but didn't bother to reimburse me for the 2 months I lost. When I called to complain, they didn't return my phone calls and when I finally spoke to an account manager, he was rude and told me to talk to their legal department because as far as he was concerned they earned their fees despite their lousy service.
