On September 14 I purchased a coil bag from TARPSTOP, LLC Six working days after I received it, the bag ripped when the sewing machine needle had gone through the material.
I contacted TARPSTOP & spoke with a Ms. Ann Baker. She instructed me to return the bag at my expense (a whopping $34.51) & I would either get a refund, or the bag would be replaced or repaired. On September 30 I did just that.
On October 11 I contacted the company again. Once again, I spoke with Ms. Ann Baker. She informed me that not only would I not be getting my money back (a hefty $163.25 plus the return shipping) I also would not be getting a replacement or repaired bag back either.
After only 6 days of use, the product should not have failed. They refuse to make it right.in my mind, that is just poor business practices.
