Government liquidation, UK liquidation, Gov Deals Quoted a 5% selling fee and charged over 40%

I was contacted by Taipei Laleau at Liquidation.com because they had a supposed special going on where they only charged 5% of the profit from auctions placed during this time.

I placed three lots for auction, and when I got my check they had taken OVER 40%. I continually called and emailed Taipei Laleau leaving messages, but she never responded to my calls or emails.

When I tried to talk to another customer service rep, I was told I had to deal with "MY" rep which is TAIPEI. I explained that she wont return calls or emails an requested a new rep, and they refused.

This company doesnt care about customer service and is a HUGE RIP-OFF!
