Salesman offered 'free interest charge account' May special sale. June statement charged interest for May and June. I have called numerous times on this matter and I received the same robotic reply.
The special was only for 25 days! I need it to pay the full amount of a laptop in 30 days! Otherwise they charge me interest. 30 days is the standard NET PAYMENT in the industry not any special.
Conclusion: I am payning now close to 21% annual interest if I pay this laptop in 2 years it will double the initial cost. Therefore, I decided to pay off in 3 months and never EVER buy anymore from DELL.
