Late May, 08 I purchased "Auto Pilot Sales" from Keith Wellman for $495 plus $197 for 5 additional websites. The first thing that happened was the web making/delivery site broke and ther was an e-mail appology with assurances that all had been fixed ant to resubmit domain names, etc.
Second thing that never worked was the support site except it allowed "tickets" where you could ask for help and when those requests were ignored you could complain which was also unanswered.
Thirdly the site that invited you to schedule a "personal" call to Keith was not working and would not allow you to schedule anything. Followed by more "tickets" to report the site not working which in turn were ignored.
Then I resorted to calling the office and left messages asking for a refund which were never returned.
Then a series of e-mails that finally brought a bazaar response asking what help did I need for my "autoresponder?"!
At last this customer rep, Erica, through the "fog" understood my request for a refund. She told me that, "All sales are final!" I then threatned to contact the Big Time JV partner who mailed out for Kieth and have him request my money back.
I recived a rapid reply that "There is no need to bother Mr. Big Guy". After 5 more e-mails a refund amount was agreed upon and then the silence.
The whole outfit is bad news. The other online forums are full of similar rip off stories.
Do not do business with this kid.
