I came across a post here about Keith Wellman, and it brought back the whole unpleasant experience again. There are multiple reports here about others who are also not happy with their dealings with Keith Wellman.
I agree with the posts on this site about bad feeling over purchase from keith wellman, and absolutely no communication or response from keith or his business to repeated attempts to contact, over extended period of time.
I just came across a report posted on this site by someone else who purchased from Keith Wellman and also had a very poor experience, and it brought back to me again how disillusioned I was by my experience with Keith Wellman and how wary I have been since.
Last year I purchased the Million Dollar March and was very disappointed. It did not deliver on the promises. Then a few weeks later a digital version was sold, with more components added, for half the price - This also compounded how I was feeling about the whole experience and the product that did not match the sales pitch.
Since that time, without seeking it, I have also received information from others who were also disappointed with their dealings with Keith Wellman - and they had lost half the amount I lost in believing his sales spiel and purchasing the inadequate product. Two of these people I met coincidentally at a workshop, and they each, separately spoke of their upset with Keith and their purchases - I did not instigate the conversation.
At the time of the purchase, and over the ensuing period, what was additionally distressing, and was causing me stress and broken sleep! Was that although I tried many, many times, over many months, to contact Keith or his offices and staff, there was never once, not a single reply to my emails. That caused me to be feeling even more that I had been deceived, and duped.
After a few months, I also emailed to Keith's Dad, Jeff Wellman, who does answer his emails. He told me that he would pass on my email to Keith. Still no response from Keith. Even with a repeat of this step.
Keith! If you are selling products for $1000, and with only minimal product cost, you could at least put some funds into providing an adequate customer service structure!
Keith! I want a refund! The product did not meet the marketing hype, especially regards "support"!
Keith! Yes, it is a long time since the point of purchase, but that is only because of the long, long, long, time it has been, trying to contact you! Trying to get ANY response from you or your business.
There are many, many products and gurus in the internet marketing arena, and my advice to potential customers is that if you want a quality product with good customer service and communication DO NOT CHOOSE TO THROW YOUR MONEY AT PURCHASES FROM KEITH WELLMAN - FX MARKETING.
There are some very ethical and pleasant people in internet marketing, people with integrity, and it is a shame to have the feeling that things are "tainted" by someone who does not operate with basic business principles.
The purchase was very difficult for me financially, but the aftermath has dented my faith in people, and in the internet world, and has "cost" me more in that regard.
This is the first time I have expressed any negative comment on the internet - and I have been on the internet for well over ten years.
Keith! Still waiting to hear from you...
