I am a web tv user, and purchased an MSNtv2 unit in June, and for the past 10 weeks my life has been a living "hell" trying to deal with these technicians who don't have a clue what problems we users are facing... And they don't care. I have waited on the phone for up to 40 minutes only to get disconnected. I have gotten techs who tell me "they don't know" and call back later.
This service stinks. I don't think a day goes by I don't have some type of problem. Either the site is unavailable, I can't connect to other servers, and all my emails get returned, sometimes days later, and I am told that msn and aol are having a "money war" and that is why aol is unaccessible for msn users.
What bull! I have even tried to get another ISP provider, and they even have that all locked up... No one wants to get involved with their windows media program. Why is this being allowed to happen? When can we go for help? Who can we talk to that will listen? I have written numberous letters to the company and received no response. I have at least 50 calls documented, and NO ONE CARES! I have even contacted the billing department for some type of adjustment to my bills because my site is down so much... And they just keep pulling the money out... I am frustrated, mad, and would like to get people like this out of business.
