MSN Microsoft Corporation technicians need to go back to school! Rude, don't answer the phones think "frustrated" users are a big joke! We need a class action lawyer!
I am a web tv user, and purchased an MSNtv2 unit in June, and for the past 10 weeks my life has been a living "hell" trying to deal with these technicians who don't have a clue what problems we users are facing... And they don't care. I have waited on the phone for up to 40 minutes only ...
