I completed exclusiverewards' 6 sponsor offers (1 from page 1,2 from page 2 and 3 from page 3) about nine weeks ago to receive a free $1000 gift card. The status for 5 offers show up as completed while the one does not. I have sent numerous emails to the company regarding this and every time they ask me to fax the receipt. I have faxed the proof of purchase 4 times and infact they acknowledged they got the fax the 4th time. But it has been 4 days since then and still the status has not been changed. I believe this is one of their strategies (not to mention illegal), to defraud the customer. I am planning to go the entire distance and do whatever it takes to ensure this company fulfills the agreement.
