Scam. Fraudulent giftcards on ebay defrauded many others before watch out, michigan, florida

This person (RYAN MASTERS) has defrauded other people and i fell a victim to this person too. I paid for
(2) $200Walmart Gift Certificates by GreenDot. It turned out to be Fraudulent GiftCards...

He has multiple alias on Ebay..

Lost over 200 dollars. He doesnt answer his phone... Goes to his VM right away. Check other complains on this website.

Please no rebuttals saying that it was Dumb idea or whatever buying giftcards online. This person had quite a few postive feedbacks. He played us all. He shouldnt be able to get way with this. Anyone with any INFO or other victims please contact me at

This person is either from FL, Michigan or GA. Or atleast thats what he claims.
