In december of my husband who was stationed in iraq placed an order for shoes via the web with fraudulent company located in austin, tx. January they debit went through on our account... Citing wcsrx.com as the third party billing company.
In february we still had not received the order of the shoes at our home in texas. Meanwhile my husband sent off several emails but no one ever responded to them.
When i called the number listed on their web page it sounded like i called someones house and they were having a party. Some guy named xavier told me he would call me back with a tracking number. Well two hours went by and still no call.
When i called back he stated he still wasn't able to retrieve the information from the shipping company and he would call me back. I waited another day and called back. This time xavier stated that the money had not been received from the third party and they would send out the shoes as soon as the money was received. He stated to allow at least 2 weeks for the shoes to arrive in the mail. This is redicuolus because we only live 1 hr from austin.
Anyhow two weeks went by and no shoes. When i called again no one answered the phone and the voice mail was overrun with messages and i could not leave one.
I contacted my local police department and filed a report for debit/credit card abuse. However when the detective contacted the company they advised him the same crap they told me. He then closed my case and stated there was nothing he could do.
I then filed a better business report and they contacted the company on my behalf. However the company refused to answer the complaint. So the better business bureau closed my case citing the company citing the company refused to answer. I checked with my bank to do a charge back but they stated too much time has passed to do it now. What sort of crap is this?
I reported them to fbi for white collar crimes. Buyer beware... This company is scamming people.
P.S. When i checked the better business bureau's web site... Now the company states that the third party billing company went out of business and for customers to do a charge back with their bank. Which is crap... They deliberately left me hanging... Promising to send my item... And now its too late to get my money back.
