I placed an order for 4 "Authentic Pigment" tee shirts in Ladies large. The colors were as follows: Mandarin, Mint, Bay, Pink.
I filled out a special instruction box when I placed my order, in which I stated "Please be sure that I receive Ladies large and not Mens large. This has happened to me before".
When my order came I received 1 pink shirt in Ladies large, 1 Bay shirt in Ladies large, 1 Mandarin shirt in Mens Large and 1 Mint shirt in Mens large. The 2 Men's large shirts I received I cannot wear because they are too large.
I tried Atlantic Sportswear's 1-800 number a bunch of times, always within the company's open time frame with no answer each time. I tried to send a fax 10 times, the number just rang and was never able to complete a fax.
I also sent 3 e-mails with no response except a return e-mail each time stating that my situation would be looked into and to allow 24-48 hours for a reply. I received no such reply. This problem has been going on since 8/2/05. As far as I am concerned I have been ripped-off.
