Their special claim is it that they ship in under two days. I have waited over two weeks. I have communicated with them five times (two phone calls, three emails) and they supply the same response. "We have a new tracking system installed, you order will go out in 48 hours." They are not shipping my order and they will not allow me to cancel my order.
