I purchased an item on ebay, user name is hair-attractions, I paid for the item on June 29. After 2 weeks in and half, when i havent received my item, I emailed them. Antonio accused me of not paying. So I proofed it by filing a claim against them thru paypal. Then he sent an email to them with a tracking number. AFter I finally received it on July 22, it was the wrong item. I emailed him back, then he apologized said that he made a mistake, and for me to send it back. Told him since he made the mistake that he should reimburse me for shipping charges. Then he sent back that I need to reimburse him since he now stated that he had to special order it. Then I told him, that during our conversations thru e-mail that he never mentioned that he had to special order it.
Then I said why should i pay double shipping for your mistake. Then he replied. Whatever. I sent numerous e-mails, asking whether or not will i receive the item or my money. He hasnt sent neither. Paypal is a joke as well, they are dragging their feet. I sent item back, even have proof that item was received, because i shipped it back with delivery confirmation. So I'm hoping that whoever reads this, could please tell me what other recourse do i have?
