I got involved with on online Survey Cmpany called PayDay Surveys. I did some research on them, and I found a site about the best survey companies on the web, and they wwere critiqued and mentioned. I sent them my membership fee of $34.95, and about two weeks later a was registered.
I joined up with as as many survey companies as listed in their database as I could. However, I have done a number of surveys and they have said either I don't qualify to continue, or thank you, we'll put you in thier drawing. Some of the survey companies that are listed are in Europe, and you have to be a memmer of thier respectrive company to register.
PayDaySurveys should refund your money if you're not satified, but they have a 90-day period after joining, and in this period if you have at least 5 e-mails that say you have progrems registering with them, they'll refund your money. I checked my e-mails, and I couldn'y find any e-mails that stating that.
The problem is, I don't have a home compute, and I don't always have the time to participate in these online surveys, or to check my e-mail to do the surveys. I was dissatisfied, because I did a number of these surveys, and I haven't had any e-mail notifications about any cash prizes, or earnings.
I tried axing them aboyut my membership, requesting my membership refuned, but their fax number doesn't work. The company has at least 5 different e-mail addresses, and I tried contacting them regarding cancleing my membership, and I have yet to here from them. I just sen them an e-mail today to to their customer service department about cancelling their memebrship.
I even wrote a letter to them at their mail in address for membership, and I am still waiting for some correspondence. I do not have $34.95 to throw away - I got involved with tthis comany because I thought it was a good idea, and I was told I should join. Another reason I want my membership fee refunded is I found a much better survey company out there, and this one is legitinite.
I think something is strange when You try to contact a company and the fax number doesn't work, but They accepted my mebership fee with no problem. Who should I contact? I want my $34.95 membership fee back.
