Ripped me off for $270, been trying 3 months for a refund, they just say 10 more days over and ove

3 months ago call one took 119.95 from my debit card, at the same time they took 149.95 for Premier Benefits. When I recieved paperwork in the mail I immediatly called and cancelled and informed them I hadn't ordered anything. And in fact that was the first contact I had with them. They said they would send me the form to request a refund. Which they did. They said they would cut me a check as soon as they recieved the paperwork. That was 3 months ago. Every time I call they say they need another 10 days to investigate.
