Do not buy from specialty gift warehouse!!! Major ripoff!!! I ordered a product and sent payment immediately. After not recieving the product within 7-10 days, I called and they said they couldn't find it and would ship out another one. 7-10 days, later I called back and got the same answer. Then 7-10 days again, I call back and finally found out that they were shipping to the wrong apartment #, even though I entered it correctly on the site. So, out went the package (so they said), but 7-10 days. Nothing.
Then starts my constant phone calls and e-mails just asking for my money back. Each time I spoke with Elizabeth, I would get stupid answers like, "We're still looking for your order number", "We're trying to find your credit card information". Stupid, because all this information was included in my constant e-mails as well as telling them over the phone.
The latest conversations include, "Yes, I'm going to credit your card right now.", and of course it's never done. Now she's not picking up.
And I'm not even shocked to see that others have gone through the same experience. If only I had seen their entries before buying from her.
