Getting the run around on replacing a faulty system

I called DELL support a number of days ago after receiving a shock from my computer system. The Representative informed me that Dell would replace the computer, and to stop using my current computer due to obvious health reasons.

Shortly thereafter I received instructions on how to return the faulty computer. The following day I checked my order status online to discover it had been cancelled and was instructed to, Please contact Dell's Online Sales Representatives at 1 (800) 915-3355, option 1, ext. 43784#, for additional information and to re-place this order. As you can see the ext. Number is not a valid Dell extension (7 numbers are required in the USA).

I then contacted a customer care representative, who in turn transferred me to a sales rep, who then transferred me to support, who then transferred me to customer care, then back to support, until after three hours, a sales rep replaced the order and apologized for the inconvenience.

This morning, I again checked the status of my order to discover that again the order has been cancelled. Again the same incorrect instructions were provide with the cancellation notice by providing me with the ext. 43784.

Again, I called Dell and spoke with Lucy Batch # 461583, who transferred me to Leo Batch # 26858 who is a Online Sales Rep. At ext. 7262032. Leo informed me that both cancelled orders were not a computer but rather documentation. Leo then transferred me to Customer service 1-800-915-3355 ext 43784 to which Jane Batch # 688992 said she was unable to help me and transferred me to 7466966. Upon reaching this ext. I was then disconnected by Dell with the message that all representatives are currently busy.

I then called back, the number included with the instructions with my Order Status, 1 (800) 915-3355 ext 7243784 (Lucy Batch # 461583 advised me to place 72 in front of 5 digit number). I was connected with Jack Batch # 589135, who spoke with his supervisor and then informed me that he was unable to assist me and would transfer me to the correct department. I then requested if I may speak with the Supervisor? Jack said yes, then disconnected me.

In total I have spent over seven hours on the phone with Dell Representatives, none of whom are able to explain why the order has been canceled.in the meantime, I am without my computer and am being given the total run around in trying to resolve this situation. What do you advice for me to do, as I am a small business owner who can afford to miss important deadlines due to faulty equipment provided by Dell.

I have previously reported faults with my computer a number of times with similar results as I am receiving now. A complete run around. My email requests to date have recived no reply.
