Ripoff, Charged Me But Never Delivered Paid for product in February and it's June and I still have not received it

I ordered the Chocolate Factory on February 22 and was charged $27.44. It's June 15th and I still have not received the product. I have sent several emails and filed complaints. Can someone advise me as to where I should go to find these scam artists? Someone should go wait at the Post office for them.
