Today it February 27. On Feburary 5 I sent a check for $28.69 for Denise Austin Stretch and Tone Workout. I have never received it.
Today customer service said it was sent out February 19 and should have been received by Februay 23. They do not have a set time limit as to when a mailed product is considered lost and can be researched or replaced.
What recourse do I have? Where can I get help with this problem?
