SINHUE NORIEGA is a dishonest eBay seller of supposed CD Audio Books. He uses the eBay ID - dvdbook.
What Noriega's scam is this. He lists he is selling CD audiobooks. What he sends, often after months of waiting, is copy CDR's. They either do not play or are of poor quality.
He charges $5.00 shipping (when it costs under $1.00) with packaging. That may not seem like a big deal if you got what he listed, but when you ask for a refund, he pulls this:
'if you do not send the cds back to me, there is no way i am going to refund you.'
Understandable, but he also goes on to tell you he will not refund his overpriced shipping. On some of his CD's (once again, they are CDR's), by the time you were to send him the CDR's back, if he even did pay you (which by his lack of honesty is doubtfull), you might only be getting a dollar or two.
EBay will not do anything unless you pay an arbitrator $20. On low priced items, it would be throwing more good money after bad.
If you use PayPal, they will only help you if an item is not sent. They will not do anything if the item was misrepresented like Noriega does. He has no problem misleading people and gets nasty when confronted.
Has he had other complaints? You bet!
He gets very defensive about being shown for the liar and thief that he is. He resorts to negative feedback on eBay by leaving comments such as:
'watch out for this one will not deal quick for vengence watch out!!!'
Noriega is the one to watch out for!
