PayPal supports rip off by seller. Item advertised as beautiful antique in perfect condition. Arrived painted and when the paint was removed it was broken.
I have pictures, but no way to send to Pay Pal. Pay Pal found in favour of seller.
"Case closed".
They didn't ask for pictures which prove my claim. They make it impossible to provide them with info.
They get $ from sellers, so don't care about rip-offs. There is no way to trace Pay Pal.
Beware. PayPal is a scam, and is related to eBay. Who owns eBay? What else do they own? It's legalized piracy.
