Trinityamerica, an ebay user, is dishonest, a liar, a thief, a scammer, a fraudser and a horrible person. Do not be fooled that this woman is a power seller or offers paypal protection. JUST LOOK AT HER RECENT FEEDBACK!!!
I bid on a lot of 1000clinique items on e-bay. Whilst i did not win the auction, i was sent an email saying that the first person has not taken the item, or that another item was available. However, I missed the 10am deadline to accept the deal as I was at uni.
I emailed "Trinity" if that is even what her name is, and asked her if she could re-send the email. She wrote back to me and told me she could not re-send it with the item #, but she could send me an invoice thru paypal. I thought because she was a power seller and had paypal that this was all above board. I paid her half of the money owed, $700AUD on 26/04.
I was to pay her the balance after the limit on my paypal account was lifted, at the start of May. I went online to pay her, and kept getting a message saying "THIS SELLER CANNOT ACCEPT MONEY". I thought this was strange, went onto Ebay and saw she is NO LONGER A REGISTERED USER. The feedback for the past week is ALL NEGATIVE!!! She has scammed HEAPS of people. I have emailed other people who bought from her and they are all reporting her to the police. She will not reply to emails at all. AND SHE STILL HAS MY $!!!
She knew i was buying the bulk order to re-sell to pay for my university costs, and she stole the money from me even knowing i scraped it together.
I was told i was not covered by EBAY buyer protection as it was an 'out of ebay' transaction, even though i was not aware that it was classified as such at the time, since i thought her offer was above board. I am going through my credit card company to get the money back. I am also reporting her to the police here, and where she lives. I have also reported her to the ACCC, Paypal, Ebay, and anyone else who is applicable.
Do not buy from this user at all!!!
Even if she gets another ebay account and you see the name trinity... Think twice about it.
