Ripoff! Refused to refund money after I cancelled

I tried to cancel with them as soon as I applied for thier card. They refused to refund the $149.99 that they withdrew from my checking account. Then they withdrew another $12.00 from my checking account for there monthly fee after I cancelled with them.
