I feel that peoples first credit should be shut down. There is honest people trying to get there credit back on track. I sent in the money required and never received a card yet. That is money i could have used to feed my children with. But as i always tell people god takes care of his own. You do somebody dirty he will get even with you for it. Peggylebanon, Ohio
