I signed up for this service thinking it was a download site. All it does is give you downloads that are free already.
I was also charged for DVD copying (the box needed to be UNCHECKED) and for some spyware deal that I never could find out where that came from.
I contacted them via email... No response and then it came back undeliverable, their mailbox was 'full'.
I did get someone on their live chat.tiffany said they would refund my money minus a $9.95 charge according to their policy. I did find the policy. I had the service less than 24 hours and think I should receive a full refund, but I'm not going to argue at this point. I'm waiting to see if I actually receive my money back. The charge came to $52.66.
I asked 'Tiffany' for their address, she said they were not 'allowed to give it out'. I told her fine, I'd find it.
